Amazing Ribs!
We were at the Wine'ing Butcher this weekend and noticed marinated racks of baby back ribs. We decided to give them a try and we were not disappointed. They were amazing! We usually go there for the marinated steak tips but we will definitely try the ribs again.

Sounds good.....are they precooked so you can just grille them a little?
Almost embarrassed to tell you that I had unexpected company one day and bought some precooked ribs at Walmart........they were near as good as ribs that on my own smoker.....go figure. |

We tried the Texas Ribs from the Traveling Texas Smoke Shop.....
They were GREAT. They are set up on Rt 104 at the Meredith Trading Post; you can't miss the huge set up out front. Give them a try as well.... Here's a link to a previous BBQ thread: http://www.winnipesaukee.com/forums/...d.php?p=227920 |

I had more than Amazing Ribs tonight at Juniors Crush House and BBQ. Anyone can buy ribs from the store either pre-cooked or marinated but having ribs that have been smoked...there is no competition. My wife and I each had a combo plate. She had chicken and ribs and I had ribs and sliced pork. Both were too big to finish but unbelievable! Much recommended.

I typically dont eat ribs out ever because they cant compare to my own. Lol its a three day process for me right down to my special rib rub, homemade family barbecue sauce, and custom smoker. If they are as good as you all say I will have to give it a go!!

Samiam - they are marinated but not precooked. We cooked them on low heat slowly on the grill. My neighbor says she likes to precook in the oven and sear on the grill but I like to avoid heating up the place with the oven in the summer.
