Found fin at Timber Island

I found a single fin today at Timber Island. You tell me color, make, & model and I'll make sure you get it back!

It's green,has Lincolns face on it and its made by the US Treasury.

OK so I was diving around Timber this past Sunday and found the other fin to the one I found 3 weeks ago.

You tell me the make, model, & color and I will return BOTH fins to the rightful owner.
