we saw it heading in to Fay's sunday afternoon. Looks like a toy trex, we circled back to snag it and it disappeared under water! then when we motored away it popped back up. There was a lwsa runabout in the area and a handful of people on a dock on that little island. Someone playing a joke...?

I saw it too, and posted videos on IBOLW.

It could have been an RC toy, but it wasn't a static floating toy in the water.

Its head was as large as mine, it wasn't a small thing.

it would go under, then come back up in a different spot. It would turn it's head left and right.

It didn't look like any Otter or turtle that I've ever seen.

This is a good shot of it. I couldn't get anything very clear as I was trying to keep the boat under control.
