Property Management companies ?

Can folks provide some referrals for property management companies around Laconia/Gilford area.

Their only purpose, would be to check on the property during the winter.
I have family and friends ready to help on this task, but would would like backups should the need arise.

Makely and Son. I’ve used them for 15 years. Reasonable and reliable. He lives in Laconia.
