He can only do it with a temporary waiver... and not even sure that it would hold should the SCOTUS have to rule on the issue.

We have high prices, but I'm not sure that constitutes an ''emergency'' within the executive powers.

Tried to update gas price at Shep Browns but the app won’t take it. $6.49 today!
