truck access to Winnisquam??

I'm just curious, but does anyone know how the trucks are getting on to the south end of Winnisquam?

I believe that some come in from Sanbornton and some from the Laconia side.Also they can drive on from the Ahern state park beach.There used to be access from Collins brook rd and Leighton ave but the residents closed them down due to all the trash that was being left.
