Default Design

Did you design yourself using an Architecture or found plans on-line, magazine? We are in the same process and debating which way to go. Thanks for any info.

Default Timberframe / hybrid

I recently saw photos of some exceptional work by a local Meredith builder, which was also a Timerframe/Hybrid project. Blueprint Blue Builders. The guy's name is Steve at 630-7775.

We ended up doing both, we did alot of research on line and with magazines. We were always close to a great deal of the plans but we thought it would be a good idea to bring in a professional. This is obviously one of the biggest investments that we have ever made and we want to make sure we do all the correct things, so we hired an architect in the end. I think that the work we did up front really helped us with the architect and kept his fees down.

Newbe:

What area of Moltonboro? I'm just curious.

I know Fenton Varney has an excellent reputation for quality in that general area.

Good luck
