Change of Address issue

My question for the forum today is:
I have just moved and I am in the process of changing all my addresses over. I noticed that my home address is llisted on the Boating Certificate card that is issued. How do I go about changing this address and is there a charge with it?
I live in MA so it is not something I can do at the MA registry. I wonder if there is a sticker like here in MA for when you change your address and your License is still active,and then is changes when you renew the license
