South Down and Long Bay Sales - August 2014. After a slow month in July with only one sale, there were eleven transactions in South Down and Long Bay in August. Sales ranged from $188,500 for a 1,179 square foot unit at 16A Liberty Run in Fields Crossing to $757,200 for the 4,041 square foot 12, room, four bedroom home at 68 Aberry in Long Bay.
