Lakes Region of NH Waterfront Sales - March 2013

There were five waterfront sales on Lake Winnipesaukee in March, 2013 at an average price of $869,200. Two of those sales did break the million dollar mark. Last March we had a banner month with fourteen sales at an average of $797,086! So things do seem to be a bit off so far this year on the big lake. For the 1st quarter of the year there...
