insurance costs/estimates
WE are being dropped by Phenix- our carrier doesn't work with them- got quote from Foremost Insurance through USAA- log cabin is tough plus not having year round access to fire dept- quote is $2854...

Yes! We too arrived on Bear Friday the 19th- so good to be back- saw few people opening on the West side & now during the week very quiet- only maintenance people here- been walking the perimeters...
