deer. turkeys & eagles
This week has been chilly & windy on Bear and the wildlife has been inhiding- saw the eagles cruising the canoe carry on Bear, 6 deer looking gray furred & healthy, a fat turkey hen and lots of mergansers, mallards an d a few loons. Spring is a great time to be on the island- few people about & walking the perimeter is now when it doesn't interfere with people's privacy-makes for long walks-Happy vacation!

Bodhi, I just noticed that you are fairly new to posting on the forum and glad you have joined us. Have fun and enjoy the Winni Forum while making many new friends.
Great time of the year to view nature as they aren't yet use to us humans and have a tendency to come out unexpectedly. Thanks for posting the sites that you saw.
