Eagles 2026
Pair of bald eagles on Hull Island today. Didn't see a nest where they usually have one. Got a good shot of the smaller male. The female was high up in the tree.

Fix using U=Tube
We fixed our 20-year-old Precor using YouTube and a part from eBay. Works like new. We were told by a professional that the treadmill is no longer supported, and it was junk.

Watch for lead paint
If you are refinishing, you should ensure it is not lead-based paint or take extra precautions with dust. Otherwise, it makes a nice project.
