Try the Woodstock Inn
Again, it's a drive but the Woodstock Inn up in North Woodstock makes some great microbrews. It's about an hour or so from the Lake and a beautiful drive. Well worth a try!

Tell me about fishing hooks. I once found a three pronged hook at a friend's beach on Sewall Road. I found it with my foot and it cost me a trip to the Doctor on vacation to get a tetanus shot.
