It was Dr. Toms' initiative as a Wolfeboro Selectman to clean up and salvage the waterfront area adjacent to the Wolfeboro Railroad Station and turn it into a beautiful looking area of useful parking.
He was a good veterinarian. My animals actually looked forward to seeing him.
