Exclamation The new, and improved??? Meredith Harley

Looking for some constructive views on this subject. I have been into the new Meredith Harley building on Rte 3 several times now. I give them much credit in their new building, however the staff has left a real bad taste in my mouth. Being a customer in the past, and trying to be a customer in their new coporate style store are two different animals. I live locally, have owned several Harley Davidson Motorcycles and get treated like a stranger when I walk in??? The turn over of staff since the new store opened is frightening, I no longer know 1 salesperson in the store. All my favorite staff members have been either let go or left because " they would not conform to the New corporate policies". The place seems to be over run with too many "managers". Am I alone in feeling that our hometown dealer has sold out to become a "Destination Dealer", a tourist trap pf sorts??? They seem more concerned to sell T shirts to tourists than motorcycles to the local people. How soon they forget their humble roots on Rte 104 and Winona Rd. Forget realistic prices on great motorcycles " we have to pay for this place somehow" is now the reason for prices thousands higher than other dealers. Too bad really, I like to do business locally, but I just can't swallow the attitude. My 2 cents, can anyone please restore my faith in Hometown dealing???
