I know what you mean about people remembering you. I've been with Nashua H-D for about 3 1/2 years now, which is a lot longer than most of the people there. I see customers of mine that I hadn't seen in a year, and they'll wait to talk to me rather than deal with a new face. My manager has been with the company less than a year, so it is difficult to get this sort of concept up the chain of command.
