Best luck to you. If you have specific questions about issues you've had, I might be able to answer them for you. If you get totally sick of them, come see me at Nashua Harley-Davidson. I know what you mean about people remembering you. I've been with Nashua H-D for about 3 1/2 years now, which is a lot longer than most of the people there. I see customers of mine that I hadn't seen in a year, and they'll wait to talk to me rather than deal with a new face. My manager has been with the company less than a year, so it is difficult to get this sort of concept up the chain of command.

Again, good luck with your issues. Harleys are fun bikes and the dealerships shouldn't be as difficult to deal with as they are.
