If you own property in NH, you need to pony up 12 months of taxes each year, whether or not you are here for 6 months, 1 month, or 1 day....even 0 days. If I owned property in MA, I would expect to do the same.

My latest version changed it to 18 months of tax in a year for the part time residents.
