Just wondering if someone can recommend a good real estate appraiser that can do both residential and commercial

I had a very good recent experience with Loon Point Appraisals. (603) 253-3375. I know they also do work for a local bank.

They are not cheap, but they do provide the most in-depth, comprehensive appraisals in this area in my opinion. I have used them for both residential and commercial projects. |
