Could Be A Toll Bridge As Well...
Hey Steve, that is a fine bridge!... For some,
Say, if you didn't read your owners manual, forgot to check your oil and your BMW's engine seized up on that bridge?... Oh, the headaches just got worse if your car quit!... They would run a cable around them spools and tow you off so's to let the rest have free passage!  Only kidding, of course.  Terry _______________________________
