Heating Oil additive?

Can anyone on forum tell me where I could purchase a heating oil additive called 'Hot Shot' ?

Product It is used to treat home heating oil, which is stored in extreme cold temperatures. My heating oil tank is stored in an outside shed, which then feeds into area where furnace is located. "Hot Shot", prevernts the heating oil from conjealing, which happens with deisel oil in freezing temps.

In the past have purchased H.S. from oil dealer, but pricey !
Looking for a local retailer which sells this product. Have looked at Lowes, Home Depot, and Hardware stores, without success?

Suggestions appreciated.
