Most places that have a "Wing Night" special are for 'Dine In" only. When your selling them for .25 a wing the profit margin is pretty much non-existant. Restaurants run specials like this to keep people in the restaurant drinking (high profit) and possibly ordering something to eat that is more profitable off the menu. No restaurant is in business to give the food away...
