Not sure how closely you have been following but it is new owners running the place and from what I understand the old owners have stayed on to help with the transition.

I talk to Tony who owns the Steak House, He has a general manager running the show so he can retire from the business. He did not say he sold the property.

As for Tommy, who owns the motel, he sold the motel to a developer who is creating a condominium complex.

I bet Phil is rolling in his grave.
