Distilled Water (for less residue) and Vinegar 50/50 mix in a bucket with a simple soft car wash brush.

All-natural, will rip through the brown/green slime with a simple soft scrub brush.

Then do a wax before storing so next year stuff comes off even easier.

I use that on my 'toon, much nicer than that muriatic acid crap that can etch. Vinegar should not hurt your gell-coat, not strong enough.

And if it does not work for you, your out about $5 at Walmart (FLL would be happy).
