If you live in the Lakes Region and want an informed insider's opinion on what's up with HB 847, then go take a drive to Lakeport in Laconia. At the newly enlarged HK Motorsports, there's Republican minority leader, State Rep Mike Whalley of Alton, and at nearby Irwin Marine, there's John Irwin Jr., president of the New Hampshire Marine Trades Assoc.
