Boat Registration Fees
The NH budget could end up with a doubling of the boat registration fee.
From WMUR's web site: "Some items that did make it in to the budget plan include doubling registration fees for boats, a 45-cent per pack increase in the cigarette tax and an additional $30 in fees for vehicle registrations." http://www.wmur.com/money/19789889/detail.html
