I understand the concerns, and agree this sort of activity shouldn't be done. But the severity of the concerns/responses is just something I don't share.

And yes, I have been hit with many a water balloon, both thrown and slingshotted (is that a word?), and it is FUN.

To me, telling an adult on scene that the kids are doing this would more than suffice.
