When you see someone avoid bread or other similar items in your restaurant it's not always because of a "fad" diet. It's a medical necessity. Unfortunately there are people who do not get the proper workup to find out what is causing their personal issues.

It's not being touchy. Maybe jk should come away learning something. Seeing his post about gluten free being only related to Celiac disease is just plain wrong. I would not have even replied to this thread until I saw that post.
