Some (not all) of the single or double modulars are of a different genre.
One would think that all of the appliances, faucts, heating, etc. would be standard industry components. I did live in one home that in the main bathroom the tub was 4 1/2 feet long while most are 5 feet. I had to dig real deeply to find a replacement 4 1/2 foot tub and surround. If the manufacturer of the modular is still in business - give them a call as they will have records and lists of suppliers or alternatives. If the selling dealer is still in business then give them a call. Or any selling dealer for that matter. |
