Looks like the househunters family didn't like their purchase on the lake.

They have listed the house for sale

not necessarily because they didn't like the place. Family situation, kids get bored with it, need the money....who knows? Not anyone's business but theirs.

I remember when that place sold in 2012...somewhere in the low 900's, I believe. New sticker price is 1,399....50% price increase? Good for them if they can get it!!
