Not to hijack, but speaking of a "super easy method and it comes out perfect each time," my son cooked the Thanksgiving turkey in his Instapot this year.

Took 47 minutes for the breast to be done, and it came out flavorful and juicy, so much so that my wife went out and bought an Instapot for us to use.
