Swimmer is correct but both Swimmer and Think are fans of the introductory “Ummm”, to questionable effect.

Ummm...questionable?!

Also, for a small comparison: Pub 23's wings were MUCH better than Taphouse Winnipesaukee's. Especially for one smackeroo each!
