There is a MAXIMUM Speed Limit on ALL LAND TRAILS of 35mph. The speed limint for Lakes and other Bodies of Water is that good old "Reasonable and Prudent" phrase.

You know this only kids being kids. They were just having fun.

I checked our clubs database and thank GOD he is not a member.
