2 face charges for running snowmobiles on lake

I knew I wasn't breaking any rules. I was under the impression that the lake speed limit was the same as the non-posted trails...45 MPH. I was doing 35 MPH.

So...it's very clear. These poor kids did not violate ANY laws.The did not create a wake and they did not excede the speed limit since they were not on a trail.We need Harvey Garod on this one........or maybe, even, Chuck Douglas.......Leave those kids alone!!!

The speed limit is 10mph when within 150' of bobhouses or open fishing holes.
