Seriously.. Is it now safe for the kids to canoe by Bear Island? Is the NWZ finally a place of peaceful, slow-moving boats? How about that arshol that went zipping by your place BI, is he gone? I hardly see any boats this summer, only rain and wind.
Things are certainly quieter. However I credit economy and weather. Limits may be a distant third.

The zip guy went by late last Friday.
