another point
Interesting that you should bring up Air Traffic Control.......You can fly at 500 or 600 MPH....and I can fly at the same speed or more....in the direct opposite direction....at just 1000 feet apart and be considered "safe". BUT.....if you're dead in the water and I'm going 7 MPH and get within 150' of you, I'm in violation.........things that make you go HMMMMMMMMM !!
