Crawford was a company that made coal and wood stoves in the 1800s and early 1900s. The cookstove in our house is the Century model, which (as you might suspect) was popular at the turn of the 20th century.
My avatar it the Stihl 041 Farm Boss logo - my favorite chainsaw I use to buck up fuel for my cast iron monster. Folks who cut up their own firewood oftentimes develop an especial fondness for their saws. ![]()
