Panama Bill's Bar-b-que (Laconia)

I hope Panama Bills found a new home before locking the doors at the old place. In the middle of the busy summer tourist crowd, not jhaving one's restaurant doors open could be a very bad mistake.

I've had BBQ at both Panama Bills and the Smoke Shack at The Weirs. Both were excellent, but I prefer(ed?) the moistness of Panama Bills and thought the sauce was worthy of the extra distance I had to drive.
