Now that summer clearly is gone it is time to get ready for snow. I have had a place in the Winnipesaukee area for awhile and this summer picked up a place in the Wolfeboro area. We loved our summer up there and am looking forward to hitting the cross country trails. Anyone have recommendations for a good spot to hit for after skiing drinks in the Wolfeboro area or a good bar to listen to music or play pool on the winter weekends?

Not sure about the Wolfeboro area. No ski areas over there.
Patrick's Pub is the place to go for entertainment and apres ski in Gilford. Great spot to snowmobile too!

Wolfeboro of course has the Nordic Ski areas on Sewall Point with the Internet trail over to Abenaki ski area. Apres ski: Wolfe tavern at the wolfeboro inn, Downstairs at the Bittersweet out on 28N near Miller Chev. Good drinks, good food, relaxed atmosphere. Works for me.

I'll second the Wolfe Tavern. Though limited to 2 beers a night it's hard to earn your mug
