This fellow was just off our rear deck last summer in West Alton, may or may no be the same bear.
Sadly, this morning when in Lowe's an associate who lives on Laura Lane in West Alton told me that a 340 lb male was shot by a hunter near his house last fall in bear season. As long as you don't leave food such that they can get at it, they are not a problem. No need to reach for the gun. |
