The project is done now what?
Congrats to the people working on 109. Unfortunately, the stimulus money is going to be very short lived. It would have been better spent creating jobs that would last more than 4-8 weeks.
Our nice smooth roads will be broken up again by next spring because the proper base preparation was not done prior to the (skim) top coat. Enjoy it while it lasts. |
