Thanks for the reality slap. I needed that. It's just that I was thinking more like several hundred for repairs and next thing you know.....Jeesh... it's $8,000 for replacement! I nearly fell in the lake! So I guess the gentleman from Wolfeboro Masonry was spot on. He was also kind enough to drive out, inspect the "issue", and get back to me with an estimate. I apolgize for any unintended slur. Photo of the "issue"
