They should buy the place where Burger King was, renovate that, or raze it and build a new one, that way they can remain open at their current location while construction is underway across the street. Then sell off the current location. That way we can stop and get a burger while on the boat again!

I understand that would be an on-going, big tax hit....lake front vs non-lake front.
