The Wakefield Inn offers culinary classes that focus on French techniques and cuisine. It would be nice if some of the restaurants around the lake offered cooking classes - Woodshed, Corner House Inn, Canoe and others.........I'd be interested.

If you are interested in classes on healthy, natural and organic cooking, check this out. The first class was on last Saturday on Sourdough Bread and was informative, and there was a yummy lunch afterwards with bread, spreads, and salad.

Laconia Adult Education also does cooking classes. Unfortunately, the Winter session has already started but you can call them and find out when the next session starts.
