I am not "anti-lawyer", but think it is a bit much that there is an actual college with the sole purpose of defeating DWI cases.

Figure in response time to the scene after the call was made to report it, extracation, transport to Laconia, etc. That puts her even higher, at a level that would certainly impair judgement even as Mr V. mentions, for a seasoned drinker. One of the sites I saw online gave a generic 0.015% off your BAC for every hour without alcohol consumption. If this is the case, the actual BAC at the time of the incident could have been 0.15%+.
