Lakeview Inn in Wolfeboro

This morning I was told that Canoe had bought Lakeview Inn (not Wolfeboro Inn) in Wolfeboro. I know Lakeview Inn has been for sale for a while, and I had heard that Canoe was looking for function space, so maybe there is something to this rumor.

I haven't heard that but if true maybe they can revive this establishment. It definitely needs some investment.

That would be wonderful, love Scott Ouellette's restaurants - he would be a great addition to Wolfeboro dining.

I heard he is going to rent it... someone else is the buyer...

The Lakeview Inn of Wolfeboro HAS NOT BEEN SOLD ; it is still available and I have it listed as a commercial real estate broker www.teambobandann.com or www.veranicommercial.com
and then look for my listing

Please tell people you know , the Inn is looking for a new Inn keeper and the restaurant is begging for some fresh ideas . The sellers are very flexible and willing to listen to creative proposals from serious qualified buyers or investors--Thanks to all Call me 603-651-8649 Bob Crossley
