This was a number of years ago but when I put my septic in there was no restrictions on buildings with no foundation but there was a requirement that any foundation couldn't be within 75 feet of septic. My camp is on piers so no problem there unless I want to put in a cellar some day.

I talked with the Building Inspector the other day, and forgot to ask about the leach field setback. I'll certainly make sure I find out when I bring my plans in! Don't want to get everything built and have a problem ![]() Thanks and Regards, Steve |
