Last I heard, the Castle in the Clouds is a Moultonborough non-profit and uses its non-profit status to exempt itself from local Moultonborough property taxes. This could mean that the fire department's service and drive up the mountain road to get to the fire is basically paid by the Moultonborough property tax payers who do pay their bills. Maybe I'm wrong on this, but that's what I read about the Castle and their tax exempt status.
I am not sure but i think it was a 4 door tan sedan. I believe it may have been a Chevy and maybe about 5 years old.

It was a Chevy Caprice the big, wide "boat" model. It was much older than 5 years old, I would say mid 90's for sure.
