There's a massage therapist here on Main St. in Alton - near Village Pizza and the Town Hall...

Well there is a place on the left just after the trail on Center St. Not sure if it is a spa though. There is also a place right next to the Citgo Station I believe that says Spa....
Or a place called Erica Bickford L.M.T after doing the googlenets....

Default Erica Bickford

I was lucky enough to spend the 12 weeks at the lake in the summer of 2006and used Erica the entire summer. I saw her weekly for deep tissue work. She did a great job. Her studio was located on Bay Street near the marina at that time.
